QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• 10–15 years of hands-on experience in façade and aluminum system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven expertise in delivering façade solutions for high-rise, commercial, or landmark projects
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or comparable 3D modeling/design software
• Deep understanding of structural principles, thermal performance, and materials specific to façade systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Design Manager to lead our aluminum and façade design team. The successful candidate will oversee the entire design process—from initial concept through to execution—ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge, high-quality façade solutions that align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor the façade design team across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency
• Review, approve, and validate technical drawings and design submissions, providing expert technical input
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and contractors to seamlessly integrate façade systems with architectural and structural frameworks
• Facilitate design coordination meetings and actively address client and consultant requirements
• Support project execution teams by providing timely technical guidance and troubleshooting design challenges
• Oversee the preparation and standardization of shop drawings, fabrication details, and installation plans
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new materials, systems, and design approaches
• Continuously improve design workflows to enhance quality, reduce costs, and optimize project delivery
• Foster a culture of professional development by coaching junior designers and encouraging knowledge sharing
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and design libraries to support ongoing projects and future initiatives
