JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Design Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead our design department in delivering high-performance façade solutions. The successful candidate will bring extensive technical expertise in façade engineering and aluminum systems, combined with proven leadership experience managing the complete design lifecycle — from concept through execution. This role requires strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, a commitment to technical excellence, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in design delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 10–15 years of experience in aluminum and façade system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in high-rise, commercial, or complex façade projects within the UAE or GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other advanced 3D modeling/design software.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural behavior, thermal performance, waterproofing, and façade material performance.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
