We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager with expertise in BIM to lead our design team and oversee all design phases from concept to procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fit-out projects, MEP coordination, and BIM management. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a design management role within the fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its application in design coordination.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Understanding of MEP systems and their integration within fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BIM certification or extensive experience in BIM coordination.
• Previous experience in high-end fit-out projects for commercial, hospitality, or residential sectors.
• Knowledge of local building codes and international design standards.
