HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced Design Manager (Architect) LDIP to lead and oversee the architectural design process for our infrastructure projects. The Design Manager will be responsible for managing design teams, coordinating design activities, and ensuring that all architectural designs meet technical standards, client requirements, and project timelines. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and expertise in architectural design and project management. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the architectural design team throughout all stages of design development. Coordinate and review architectural designs ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations. Develop and implement design strategies to optimize project outcomes and quality. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated design solutions. Monitor design progress and quality, providing guidance and support to team members. Manage design schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively. Conduct design reviews, approve drawings, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design, with significant experience in design management roles. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and construction processes. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations is preferred.
