JOB SUMMARY:

Do you have an attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused, creative environment? We are looking to hire a full-time, on-site Design Manager in the St. George, Utah area. The Design Manager would be responsible for approving high-quality, on-brand design content that creates an emotional impact and inspires people to act, aligning with the desired campaign objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and 5+ years of experience
• Robust portfolio of work
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing design workflows from concept to delivery
• Strong communication skills
• Collaborative attitude

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working in direct response or performance-based creative
• Familiarity with maintaining brand consistency across print and digital platforms
• Background in managing or mentoring creative teams
• Knowledge of motion graphics
• Knowledge of video editing
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinker
• Proficient at design (print & digital) and understands the different requirements for each format
• Able to work closely with team members and delegate tasks based on workloads and skill sets

• Receive and review all requests for graphics
• Communicate with individuals who submitted graphic requests to gain clarity on what’s expected
• Assign designers graphics requests to work on
• Ensure all approved designs are properly stored and able to be accessed at any time
• Provide creative direction and guidance to team members, fostering innovation, and pushing the boundaries of design excellence
• Review and approve all design content created by your team
• Hold a high standard of quality for the entire team
• Keep the Project Manager updated with any issues so they can plan accordingly and adjust deadlines
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders as necessary, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
