Our client is an award-winning boutique developer with an impressive track record in design-lead apartment developments. Due to continued growth and an opportunity to upskill their team, they are are currently seeking a Design Manager from architecture background. 

The Role

Working in a highly collaborative environment, the Design Manager will partner closely with the Project and Development Management team to drive design outcomes across the full project lifecycle. With an active pipeline currently in or nearing construction, your initial focus will be ensuring projects are fully coordinated through the delivery phase.

About You

This role will suit candidates looking to transition client side from an architecture background, or architects who are already working client side in either a project or design management capacity. It is essential candidates have proven track record in apartment development, particularly during construction delivery.
