YOUR NEW ROLE:

Our client is seeking a Design Manager with strong technical expertise and up-to-date knowledge of Building Safety Regulations (BSR) to lead design delivery across multiple façade and cladding projects. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the technical design process, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading the design team and managing the full technical design process for façade and cladding projects.
• Ensuring all designs comply with Building Safety Regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and safe design solutions.
• Reviewing and approving technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Coordinating with procurement and site teams to ensure design feasibility and buildability.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Identifying and mitigating design risks, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
• Supporting tender and bid processes with technical input and design expertise.
