As Design Manager, you’ll play a central role in making that experience possible—guiding and overseeing our Architecture, Interior Design, and Cabinetry teams as they bring homeowners’ dreams to life.
This is a leadership role that blends creativity with operations. You’ll set the standard for design excellence, lead and mentor our team of designers, and ensure that every project is accurate, functional, beautiful, and delivered with the signature COCOON simplicity. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Estimating, and Production to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish, always championing quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
