Management of the design process for all projects from conception to completion on site (RIBA Stages 0-6) including producing and monitoring design programmes, reviewing design information and chairing design team meetings

Development of processes to improve efficiency of design stages
Assisting the Construction Manager to obtain Building Control approvals
Undertaking quality inspections on site to provide reports and ensure compliance with the design/contract information
Management of RFIs and technical queries during detailed design and construction stages
Development of post-completion project reviews to improve internal processes and provide feedback to design tea
