To manage all aspects of design from inception to completion for a national design and build contractor.
Work closely with the manufacturing team
Work to a high quality and within budget
Ensure all designs are developed in line with DfMA principals.
Review design information in accordance with Building Regulations, Employers’ Requirements, independent quality assurance, CDM, BSA and all statutory bodies.
Create and manage design programmes, consultant scope documents, Design responsibility matrix, derogation schedules, risk register, progress trackers and design reports to the successful completion of the project.
