Description
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Design Manager III to support a major Terminal 5 renovation and reconstruction program at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This is a high-impact role overseeing the design delivery of a large, complex airport project that includes demolition, reconstruction, and major enabling works. Salary Range: $170K-$185K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Oversee and review architectural and engineering design deliverables Coordinate with designers, developers, and subject matter experts Facilitate design meetings and manage comment resolution Monitor design quality, scope, schedule, and permitting progress Support BIM coordination and ensure compliance with program standards Provide technical guidance across multiple project disciplines Prepare materials for executive briefings and stakeholder meetings Experience 15+ years managing design for large, complex building or infrastructure projects Aviation or airport project experience strongly preferred Experience on projects valued at $100M+ Skills Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and disciplines Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field Professional Architect or Engineer license preferred Technical Tools Microsoft Office Suite Bluebeam PMIS tools (PMWeb) preferred CAD or Revit knowledge is a plus We offer one of the most competitive benefit packages in the industry.
