In this role, you will: Guide and manage consultants engaged in the design of multiple projects. Oversee and manage the approvals process to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Drive stakeholder engagement to clarify project scope and delivery requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve design objectives. Ensure design solutions align with project timelines and quality standards. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven experience as a Design Manager on complex infrastructure projects. Strong ability to manage consultants and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams. Expertise in navigating approvals processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience in terminals, baggage handling systems (BHS), civil works, and building projects (highly desirable).
