The Role We’re currently seeking a Design Manager – Interiors to join our Melbourne-based Project Design & Construct team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of high-impact projects across Crown’s properties, supporting innovation, functionality, and excellence in interior environments. Your day to day will include, but not be limited to; Supporting design reviews and critiques for major projects and tenancy developments Assisting with FF&E and artwork selections, procurement, and budget tracking Reviewing documentation, prototypes, and shop drawings for bespoke furniture and joinery Contributing to project planning and financial oversight in collaboration with project teams Supporting QA and defect reviews, and ensuring smooth handover of completed spaces Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and health & safety standards About You You’re a creative and detail-oriented design professional with a strong understanding of interior design principles and trends. You’re confident working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities.
