We are working with a highly respected regional contractor renowned for delivering high-quality projects valued up to £15M across social housing, care homes, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
With a healthy and growing pipeline of secured work, including brownfield flatted schemes for private and housing association clients as well as care homes, they are now seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their preconstruction team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a Design Manager role, ideally with a focus on residential, care, or mixed-use developments.
• Background in either architecture or main contracting.
• Solid understanding of design & build processes and the ability to liaise effectively with external consultants and design teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of driving design through preconstruction into delivery.
