• Support the General Manager in overseeing design projects and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the design team throughout all project phases, from concept development to final execution.
• Ensure projects adhere to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Meet with clients to discuss their needs, ideas, and preferences.
• Develop interior design concepts tailored to the client’s vision and budget.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, including mood boards and 3D visualizations, for client approval.
• Source and select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes that align with design goals and budget constraints.
• Work with local and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for client approval.
• Review and verify shop drawings before submission for production.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor project progress and provide recommendations.
• Ensure seamless execution of design elements in line with approved drawings and specifications. Address any design or construction challenges promptly to maintain project integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
