SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated background in a Studio/Design Manager position with experience in Graphic Design and Finished Art
• Ability to work across print, digital & social platforms.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven experience producing and managing project schedules
• Proven experience translating briefs into commercially led design concepts, that deliver on customer expectations and trends
• Ability to manage the studio budget
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to find solutions and make confident decisions
• Ability to prioritise and manage the workload of a team to ensure studio deadlines are met

We’re looking for a creative Design Manager to bring our Supre brand’s vision to life by leading the Graphic Design team on a 12-month contract.
In this role, you’ll ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of print and digital design projects. You’ll act as a key communicator, bridging the creative team and the wider marketing department to ensure clear understanding of briefs and that expectations are consistently met. Your leadership will foster a supportive environment, promoting the team’s growth and nurturing strong cross-functional relationships.
