REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Dubai-based real estate development company.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, RERA, Trakhees, DSOA, etc.).
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance design vision with investment and commercial objectives.
