We are a collaborative team of 300+ water sector specialists, who are passionate about designing and delivering smart, resilient outcomes that help build healthy communities and sustainable outcomes throughout urban and regional Australia.
At Beca we are proud to have been selected as one of Sydney Water Corporation’s design development partners to help provide sustainable solutions to tackle the challenge that the Sydney metro area faces.
This is your chance to be part of a team delivering once-in-a-lifetime projects that will make a real difference in our communities. Together, let’s make everyday better!

To help us deliver innovative and successful solutions for our clients, we are seeking Design Managers to join us in Sydney and be part of our national water business.

Across Civil, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical disciplines, you will build on your experience in water and wastewater design for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs and water facilities.
