Job Title: Design & Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Job Description:
This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, branding, and marketing and is eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will support the Sprout and Hypnos brands through visual design, social media management, and general marketing initiatives. You will play an essential role in ensuring our brands are represented with consistency, creativity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials (ads, brochures, presentations, packaging, signage, etc.).
  • Support brand consistency across all materials for Sprout and Hypnos.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, visuals, and brand storytelling.
  • Edit and resize images, graphics, and layouts for different media platforms.

Marketing Support

  • Execute marketing campaigns and promotions as directed by the CMO.
  • Assist in dealer marketing support (collateral, product sheets, digital assets).
  • Prepare and organize materials for trade shows, events, and dealer programs.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis when required.

Social Media & Digital Engagement

  • Assist in managing social media channels (content creation, scheduling, engagement, analytics).
  • Help maintain website content updates and monitor for accuracy.
  • Support email marketing campaigns (designing graphics, formatting content).

General Administrative Support

  • Assist the sales & marketing team with day-to-day tasks and project coordination.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and organized marketing files.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required.
  • Familiarity with Canva, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms is an asset.
  • Excellent eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable attitude.

Compensation & Details:

  • Full-time, on-site position based out of west Edmonton, with occasional additional availability outside the standard office hours for tradeshows, events and promotions as required.
  • Hourly wage: $17 – $19/hour (commensurate with experience)
