he Shop Production Manager plays a key role in bringing engineered designs into reality. The expertise and focus are on fabrication, using practical solutions to design challenges across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems. The position is responsible for reviewing final hardware concepts, coordinating shop-floor execution, and ensuring that production meets performance, quality, and safety standards.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven design capabilities and manufacturing leadership
• Proven Oil and Gas design and engineering capability
• IT: All relevant design and industry leading software packages (Autodesk Inventor specifically, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Innovation, Patenting
• Designing, building and implementation of ideas

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years in relevant industry technology development
• 2-5+ years in relevant processing industries
• 2+ years in technical leadership role
• Acumen in best practice and innovation technologies
