POP Manufacturing, Inc. is a dynamic and growing company specializing in point-of-purchase displays and custom store fixtures. We are seeking a Design Production Specialist (SolidWorks + Adobe) to prepare customer-supplied designs for final production in both 2D and 3D formats.
This role combines CAD modeling in SolidWorks with artwork preparation in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You’ll help ensure that both technical drawings and artwork files are accurate, production-ready, and documented properly for manufacturing. Summary

• Create, update, and verify SolidWorks models and technical drawings for production.
• Prepare and adjust customer artwork files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for manufacturing and print.
• Check all design files (2D and 3D) for accuracy, specifications, and production readiness.
• Support the creation and organization of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design documentation.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure smooth handoff from design to manufacturing.
• Contribute to problem-solving and step into different tasks as priorities shift in a flexible, small-business environment.
