What You’ll Do – Your Design in Action Contribute innovative design ideas that reflect context, creativity, and client vision. Assist in producing high-quality drawings, specifications, and material selections. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless outcomes. Apply judgment to evaluate and implement architectural solutions for small to moderate projects. Support construction administration including site visits, RFIs, and submittals. Remain aligned with project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations. Ensure deliverables reflect both design excellence and technical precision. Requirements Competencies Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required. Working knowledge of zoning and building codes and construction systems. Ability to generate and communicate strong design ideas. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Client-focused mindset and collaborative work ethic. Essential Functions Assist in the production of plans, specifications, and material approvals. Support coordination of construction and design documents. Assist with construction administration tasks including site visits and punch lists. Address redlines and produce delegated project deliverables. Participate in project coordination meetings. Contribute innovative and context-driven design solutions. Your Background – Build on a Solid Foundation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of professional architectural experience.
