Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced Design/Design-Build Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects from concept to completion. This role involves client communication, scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage design and construction teams across multiple projects. Oversee schedules, budgets, staffing, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards. Communicate with clients and resolve project issues promptly. Support proposals, bidding, and business development. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred). Experience: 10+ years in construction/design; 7+ years as a Design/Design-Build Project Manager. Proven success managing projects $1M–$15M+. Federal project experience (Defense or Civilian) preferred. Licenses/Certifications: PE or RA required; PMP and LEED AP BD+C a plus. Proficient in ProCore, MS Project, MS Office; Timberline experience a bonus. Valid driver’s license; ability to travel and inspect sites. Skills Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of architecture, engineering, and construction practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
