This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. You will oversee multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, you will build strong client relationships while coordinating engineers, architects, and technical specialists. This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact within a growing, innovation-driven industry. \n Accountabilities: Lead multidisciplinary design teams across electrical, mechanical, ICT, structural, architectural, and BIM/VDC disciplines on large-scale technical projects. Manage the full project lifecycle, from proposal development and project kickoff through design completion and construction support. Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent communication throughout project execution. Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation to achieve successful project outcomes. Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, invoicing, fee utilization, and change management. Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination activities between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients. Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and industry best practices. Support business development initiatives through proposals, project planning, fee estimates, and client presentations while mentoring team members and promoting collaboration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 7 years of project management experience within engineering, architecture, or design consulting environments. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on mission-critical, data center, or similarly complex infrastructure projects. Strong track record of managing project scope, schedules, budgets, client relationships, and construction support activities. Solid understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, including electrical power systems, mechanical cooling and HVAC, ICT systems, and multidisciplinary design coordination. Experience using project delivery and collaboration tools such as Revit, ACC/BIM 360, Revizto, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and similar platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include experience with hyperscale or enterprise data centers, Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect credentials, PMP certification, BIM/VDC expertise, and experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
