We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Design Manager to join our Newcastle team and play a key role in delivering complex ports, coastal and maritime infrastructure projects. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a visible role within a growing local team, backed by the strength of our national and global network. You’ll be working on impactful projects that support trade, connectivity and coastal communities, while helping shape the next phase of our Ports & Maritime capability in the region. Job Description This role will sit within our established Ports & Maritime team, with a focus on project and design management across a growing portfolio of work in NSW. You’ll play a key role in both delivery and client engagement, contributing to strong project outcomes while helping to build capability locally. How you’ll make a difference Lead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures and coastal developments Manage project outcomes end-to-end, including scope, programme, commercial performance and technical delivery Act as a key client interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships with port authorities, government and private sector clients Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Newcastle, ANZ and our global network to deliver complex infrastructure projects Provide leadership across design and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with industry standards Contribute to the continued growth of our Ports & Maritime capability in Newcastle and across NSW Qualifications The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role.
