ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Design Projects Coordinator to lead the charge on key projects; a unique role that blends design insight with hands-on project coordination and management.
While rooted in design, this role is heavily focused on project management, including pulling together tender documentation, working with suppliers to lock in specifications, and supporting national procurement.
You’ll play a key part in our R&D efforts across Ingenia Lifestyle communities, helping define the right products and standards for our D&C builder contracts, all while managing multiple workstreams and collaborating with a passionate, solutions-focused team.
This role can be based out of either our Sydney Office or our Brisbane Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate design reviews, site visits, and documentation to support the development of new home designs, community facilities, and masterplans
  • Standardise internal and external finishes, fittings, and equipment schedules, contributing to national procurement and tender readiness
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery of project documentation and design best practices
  • Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement through operational design briefings and stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following WHS procedures and contributing to risk identification and reporting
