POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Design & Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is commission-based and ideal for someone with strong sales experience who enjoys working directly with customers to create functional and beautiful cabinetry and storage solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven sales experience (required)
• Experience in cabinetry, closets, or home improvement sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read spaces and translate them into functional designs
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

• Conduct in-home measurements and consultations with clients
• Develop paper-based design layouts tailored to customer needs
• Present and sell custom cabinetry and closet solutions
• Manage the sales process from lead to closing
• Use own vehicle to travel to appointments and job sites
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure accurate orders and satisfied clients
