JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our furniture sales team. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, guiding customers through our showroom, and helping them find the perfect pieces to complete their homes. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming, organized environment that enhances the overall shopping experience.

Essential skills:

• Previous sales experience, furniture sales experience preferred
• Ability to build a client base and offer creative solutions to furnish clients’ homes
• Good written and verbal language skills (English, other languages an asset)
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Availability to work weekends, some holiday

Experience:

• sales: 2 years (preferred

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers’ needs and help them find the ideal furniture solutions.
• Provide product knowledge, answer questions, and offer advice on furniture styles, materials, and design.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with clients through effective communication and sharing of product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Attend product knowledge meetings and sales meetings as required.
