Overview Are you passionate about visual design and brand identity? At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Brand Systems Specialist to help us maintain and optimize our visual identity systems across platforms and regions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in translating our brand standards into scalable templates, structured assets, and practical tools that empower consistent brand execution across our global organization. Reporting to the Director of Brand Design, you’ll focus on operationalizing brand guidelines and ensuring our brand tools are user-friendly, technically sound, and aligned with enterprise standards. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain branded templates across Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office platforms, ensuring they’re easy to use, scalable, and aligned with our brand standards. You’ll develop core brand assets like iconography systems, curated photography selections, and environmental graphics, while creating practical documentation and user guides to support adoption. You’ll also partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test solutions, and refine assets before release. Your work will ensure all deliverables are technically accurate, scalable, and produced to high craft standards. Additional responsibilities include: Maintaining and updating brand guidelines across distribution channels. Organizing and version-controlling asset libraries. Supporting asset rollout and distribution under the guidance of the Director of Brand Design. About you You’ll bring 3-5 years of experience in brand design, with a strong understanding of brand identity systems and visual design principles like typography, layout systems, color standards, and grid structures. You’ll have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), with experience creating structured templates and content-controlled layouts. You’ll also have experience developing documentation or instructional materials to support design systems adoption. Minimum requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a similar field. Professional and conversational fluency in English. Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate requirements into practical design solutions.
