As part of the Product Management/Marketing team, you’ll support the Sales and Customer Service teams and collaborate with Engineering and Purchasing to ensure high-quality manufacturing-ready design solutions to support Canyon Creek customers. What You’ll Do Produce plans, elevations, perspectives, and estimates using 2020 Design Translate blueprints and customer specs into formal order-ready design packages Handle Special Product Request (SPR) estimating and documentation Support Sales and Customer Service with design questions Maintain organized, version-controlled design files Collaborate with Engineering and Purchasing on feasibility and materials Support Marketing team projects and requests What You Bring 3+ years cabinetry or related design experience using 2020 Design Ability to read construction plans Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Preferred: NKBA certification or progress toward certification Work Environment Full-time onsite (Monroe, WA) Ability to lift (up to) 30 lbs. and navigate production spaces Compensation / Benefits: Hourly Rate $30-35 Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) 401k Retirement Plan with company match Life Insurance Paid ime Off Long Term Disability Insurance Training & Development More about our Benefits & Culture: Cabinet Maker & Manufacturing Jobs - Canyon Creek Cabinet Company Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO): We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on protected characteristics.
