Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions. Conduct market research to design for different target audiences. Brainstorm & contribute ideas in the initial stages of project development. Take directions from Creative Director Create mood boards & pitches to solidify a unified direction for projects. Create pitches to accompany their work (drafts & finals). Be a proactive partner anticipating ministry needs & exceeding expectations. Adhere to project deadlines. Communicate clearly internally with the design & strategy teams and externally with ministry partners. Skills Needed to Succeed Bachelor’s degree in graphic design strongly preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a graphic design role, or the equivalent. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Ability to take an overarching design brand and adapt it into multiple digital and print assets. Ability to create entire design brand from ideation to finalization into all forms of digital / print media. Attention to detail. Layout / hierarchy skills. Creative and analytical skills. Flexibility and can manage constructive criticism. Deadline-oriented. Time-management skills. Effective communication skills. Desire to work in a fun team environment and seek volunteers to empower and invest in them. Manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
