We are seeking an experienced Design Studio Manager to lead our creative team and drive excellence across all design projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design management role within the signage or large-format graphics industry.
• Strong proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as well as CAD or RIP software commonly used in signage production.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the design team to deliver creative, accurate, and timely signage solutions.
• Oversee the full design workflow — from interpreting client briefs to preparing production-ready artwork.
• Collaborate closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and meet client expectations.
• Maintain quality control and ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance to meet deadlines.
• Stay informed on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the studio.
