What can a successful candidate look forward to?    Job Description:   Assist in conducting interviews, surveys, and desk research; help compile insights into personas, JTBDs, and problem statements. Support the co-creation of current and future journey maps; help identify pain points and key user moments. Help create wireframes, flows, and mid-fidelity screens in Figma; apply basic principles of IA, accessibility, and component use. Assist in building clickable prototypes, coordinating usability tests, and summarizing findings. Prepare workshop materials, canvases, and agendas; help document discussions and outcomes. Contribute templates, visuals, and short write-ups to the Design Thinking Playbook and internal updates. Support the planning and logistics of workshops, training sessions, and engagement events. Qualifications • A Diploma/Degree undergraduate, Design, HCI, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or related.• Ability to commit to a 6-month internship • Curious, collaborative, bias-to-action, disciplined about documentation and evidence.• Tools: Figma (auto-layout, components), Miro/FigJam, Google/Microsoft Suite; nice-to-have: Notion/Confluence, basic analytics (Sheets/Excel).• Foundational UI/UX skills: wireframing, user flows, visual layout, accessibility basics.• Portfolio/case studies showing problem framing, research, prototypes, UI/UX outputs, and testing.• Communication: Clear writing, crisp slides, comfort presenting to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
