You’ll tackle some of the most exciting design challenges in AI:

• Designing for AI Transparency: How do you make an autonomous agent’s decision-making process clear and trustworthy to users?
• Human-AI Collaboration: Creating seamless interfaces where humans and AI agents work together naturally, knowing when to step in or step back.
• Complex Capability Communication: Translating sophisticated AI functionalities into simple, discoverable user experiences that don’t overwhelm.
• Multi-Modal Interactions: Crafting experiences that span text, voice, visual, and action-based AI interactions across different contexts and devices.
• Trust and Control: Balancing user agency with AI autonomy, ensuring users feel empowered rather than replaced.

We Want People That…
You have a strong track record of designing user experiences that make complex technology feel simple and delightful. You ideally have 4+ years of relevant UX design experience, with a focus on AI-powered products, developer tools, or other sophisticated technical platforms.

You’re excited by the challenge of designing for AI and have experience thinking through:

• How users build mental models of AI behavior
• Designing for uncertainty and probabilistic outcomes
• Balancing automation with user control

You’re proficient with modern design tools (Figma, Framer, etc.) and have experience with:

• User research methodologies
• Prototyping AI interactions and flows
• Responsive design across web and mobile platforms

You have strong collaboration skills and thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into user-centered experiences.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

• Conversational AI or chatbot design
• Multimodal interaction design
