What will you do? At Bnode, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who brings strong structuring capabilities and real impact on complex, high-stakes business topics. In a fast-evolving environment, this role is key to transforming often ambiguous, multi-stakeholder, and strategic challenges into clear insights, robust analytical frameworks, and well-informed decisions. You step in where the stakes are highest: when it is necessary to take a step back, align stakeholders, challenge requirements, and provide a clear direction before any delivery phase begins. Your analysis becomes a direct lever for business performance and decision-making. Positioned at the intersection of Business and management, you act as a central player in strategic thinking, capable of connecting end-to-end vision, deep process understanding, and actionable translation of business needs. Key Responsibilities Requirements Analysis & Structuring Identify and challenge business, user, and stakeholder needs Organize workshops, interviews, and information-gathering sessions Formalize and clarify requirements (BRD, functional specifications) Define product/service objectives (SMART) Model, prioritize, and contextualize requirements (impacts, risks, dependencies) Cross-functional Vision & Functional Consistency Provide an end-to-end process view across domains Break down complex problems into actionable components Ensure consistency, completeness, and unambiguity of requirements Manage traceability and scope of requirements Strategic Decision Support Contribute to complex dossiers requiring macro-level, structured analysis Provide insights to support management decision-making Identify business impacts and optimization levers Actively contribute to defining strategic directions Business – Data Analysis · Translate business needs into clear and structured analytical problems Design and conduct complex data analyses to address business challenges Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to improve process efficiency and accelerate analysis Turn analytical outputs into concrete, actionable, and decision-oriented insights Develop data-driven recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making Continuous Improvement, Market Intelligence & Expertise Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to anticipate changes and opportunities Conduct competitive intelligence to identify best practices, benchmark key players, and understand emerging strategies Identify opportunities for business and process optimization based on market insights and data-driven analysis Share insights, best practices, and market learnings with teams to strengthen collective expertise and decision-making Foster a culture of continuous improvement grounded in external trends and internal performance analysis Who are you? Master’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar analytical role Strong expertise in functional analysis and requirements structuring techniques Experience in project management (business cases, planning, costs, risks) Ability to work on complex, cross-functional topics Excellent communication and facilitation skills Strong synthesis and structuring abilities Comfortable leading workshops and stakeholder management activities Executive stakeholder management Ability to perform under pressure Prioritization & adaptability in fast-paced environments Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders Fluent in French, Dutch, and English What do we offer?
