Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Northeastern Home Group LLC is actively seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant / Designated Coordinator to support daily operations and help manage essential coordination tasks for our HCBS clients. This is an ideal position for someone organized, reliable, and eager to grow in the health and human services field.
You do not need prior experience in Home and Community-Based Services — we are willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and grow with our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer and return phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to emails and maintain organized communication with clients and case managers
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry
  • Maintain client and staff records accurately and securely
  • Support coordination of client services and follow up on authorizations or documents
  • Help with intake and compliance documentation (training provided)
  • Stay organized, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with the team
