Your Role We’re looking for a Claims Settlement Consultant to join our vibrant and supportive team in one of our East-Coast IAG offices located on Country: Dharug Country (Parramatta), Dharawal Country (Wollongong), Meanjin (Brisbane), or Naarm (Melbourne CBD). In this digitally managed role, you’ll support our Settlements Business by handling claims via email and digital platforms. You’ll engage in professional negotiations with solicitors and recovery agents, apply critical thinking to complex scenarios, and manage third-party recovery processes. This role requires a high level of autonomy and analytical skill, with a strong focus on risk assessment and decision-making. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a dedicated leader who will help you succeed. This is 12-month max-term position, offering flexible working arrangements including the option to work from home and attend the office just four times a month post-training. About You This is a designated role for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples.
