We design across multiple categories — including hats, gloves, scarves, travel accessories, reading glasses, and gift products — bringing high-quality, stylish, and commercially successful items to market.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Accessories Product Designer to join our creative, collaborative team. You’ll work from concept to final sample, focusing on cold weather accessories, travel goods, giftable items, and soft goods. This is a hands-on design role — you’ll research trends, sketch ideas, develop CADs, and partner with production to ensure your designs are both beautiful and manufacturable.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience designing fashion accessories, apparel, soft goods, or consumer products (no digital/UX/UI).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Trello.
• Strong sketching and rendering skills for physical product design.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for accessories and soft goods.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Design and develop fashion accessories including hats, gloves, scarves, cold weather products, travel goods, reading glasses, and giftable items.
• Create sketches, CADs, and renderings to communicate ideas clearly.
• Research market trends, materials, and manufacturing methods for product innovation.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are cost-effective and ready for manufacturing.
• Revise concepts based on feedback from internal teams and overseas factories.
• Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
