What the day will look like Proposal Production Working as directed by Bid Managers and the Pursuit Leader, assist and support the following tasks: Develop high quality, artwork to deadlines across print and onscreen media Demonstrate strong layout skills, working on tender submissions, pitches and presentations Ability to take design from concept through to final product Creatively visualise and present information using charts, diagrams and motion graphics Produce proposals and presentations within both Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, in accordance with our corporate brand guidelines Managing workload by maintaining and prioritising deadlines to deliver error-free, high quality work on time Actively contribute to meetings regarding new projects, suggesting ideas and brainstorming Brand Standards Act as guardian and brand ambassador, ensuring Aon is consistently and professionally presented Proactively improve content and suggestions to improve Aon templates, artwork and resources to ensure best practice Identification of opportunities to raise bid management standards Keep abreast of new design technologies and trends Aon United Proactively learn about the broader Aon business to build internal network and improve quality of information in proposals Knowledge share amongst other parts of the Aon business, particularly with the wider design community and marketing & communication teams How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Senior Designer, Asia at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to shape the future of their companies. The role is part of a busy in-house Bid Management team, and is very hands-on, with responsibility for producing compelling multimedia content from conceptualization, pre-production, production to post production with solid expertise in designing interactive content, complex motion graphic, video production, animation and troubleshooting. Skills and experience that will lead to success Degree/Diploma in Graphic, Multimedia or related discipline with minimum 4 years of experience Proficiency in all relevant digital software Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, DHTML, Javascript, PHP & mySQL is preferred Solid design and project management skills, including ability to adapt to changing time pressures/flexibility Ability to work with demanding clients in a highly pressurized environment How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
