Start here. Grow here. Job Description Works under limited supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving. Directs project support and production for assigned projects, creating drawings as required using standards and content to meet job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.). Develops and maintains BIM execution plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle. Implements and oversees quality control procedures for BIM models and associated documentation. Conducts clash detection analyses and coordinates resolution of conflicts within the BIM environment. Manages and optimizes BIM content libraries, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information for all project stakeholders. Stays current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to existing workflows and processes. Participates in client meetings and presentations to communicate BIM strategies and project progress effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field + 3 years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, and Plant 3D Extensive experience in creating and managing 3D models for complex projects Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles Excellent knowledge of BIM execution plans and industry best practices Proven ability to work autonomously and make high-level decisions Demonstrated experience in clash detection and conflict resolution within BIM environments Strong communication and presentation skills Additional Information At AECOM, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunity Our Freedom to Grow hybrid working philosophy is the cornerstone of our success as a business – supporting a culture of flexibility, trust and performance at AECOM.
