DESIGNER CHIEF - Interior automotive design indispensable.
This position will lead the creative vision and execution of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity, user experience, and market trends. This role requires a strategic leader to oversee the entire design life cycle—from concept to production—while fostering innovation, sustainability, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
  Experience:
• 10+ years in automotive design, including 5+ years in leadership roles with a focus on interiors.
• Proven portfolio showcasing innovative interior projects (production and concept).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CAD tools and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and regulatory standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Visionary leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Global market experience and multilingual capabilities.
• Familiarity with sustainable materials and circular design principles.
