Source Graphics are looking for a positive, ambitious individual who wants to play an active role in a supportive growing team.
We are looking for an ambitious Client account manager with design skills who has prior experience in signage, printing or exhibition/events industry who is driven, able to multi task, and has a great attitude and strong work ethic.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience as a client account manager in the signage/exhibition industry.
  • Candidate MUST have firm knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience in other signage programs is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of web design and social media platforms is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Clarity quoting software is a plus
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, developing strong relationships, and understanding their business objectives, needs, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, growing your accounts and meeting performance targets.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media channels and other digital collaboration platforms would be an advantage.
  • Full clean driving licence.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with the Managing Director to establish and strengthen client relationships.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for one or more clients, managing projects, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Meeting new customers on site to discuss their requirement’s and carry out site surveys and produce Rams
  • Creating both new designs and working with existing customer brand guidelines.
  • Answer incoming phone calls from clients and prospects.
  • Help walk-in customers’ with their questions and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Write up estimates, invoices and work orders.
  • Filing paperwork (invoices, work orders, design layouts etc.) as needed. Will assist in other sign production duties if needed.
