We’re looking for a Designer to joining our team at Compare the Market. Joining our Marketing team and reporting into our Senior Manager – Creative Design, you’ll be a key player in our in-house creative team. From concept to completion, you’ll design stunning, brand-led communications that captivate our audience and deliver real results.
And because we like to stay ahead of the curve, we’re embracing AI to supercharge our creative processes. Whether it’s exploring generative tools, speeding up asset creation, or unlocking new ways of designing, you’ll have the chance to innovate, experiment and help shape what the future of creative looks like at Compare the Market.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually stunning, on-brand templates and campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CME, digital and content teams to bring creative briefs to life with clarity and craft.
  • Own the end-to-end design process, from initial wireframes through to final production-ready assets across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain a scalable email design system in Figma that is flexible, accessible and responsive.
  • Partner with teams to support A/B testing and iterate on creative based on performance data.
  • Champion consistency and design excellence across all customer touchpoints and communications.
  • Provide design guidance to stakeholders and advocate for scalable solutions, brand integrity, and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, compliance standards (GDPR, accessibility, legal T&Cs), and new tech to keep our creative edge sharp.
  • Ensure seamless design handovers and close collaboration with implementation teams.
  • Use your skills in image retouching, photo manipulation and layout design to create assets that shine across channels.
