SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or a related field
• Previous experience in a Designs role, holistically working across total collections
• Strong trend awareness and the ability to translate concepts into commercial product
• Experience working with Design, Buying and Production teams to bring product to life
• Experience leading and coaching a team
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and the ability to create accurate tech packs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

We’re looking for a creative and trend-driven Designer to bring our vision to life and deliver products our customers love for our Womenswear range on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll partner with Buying and Trend to create product ranges that align with our brand DNA, ensuring they hit the right trends, price points, and silhouettes. You’ll push boundaries by developing fresh concepts, evolving bestsellers, and ensuring each product is designed with purpose. From trend direction to fabric strategy, you’ll be across the full design process—delivering accurate tech packs, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring fit and function are on point.
