About the Role We are seeking curious, user-centric, and analytical designers (yes, we have more than 1 opening for the role) with a great eye for visual design to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering innovative and user-centered digital experiences on our marketing sites and customer/client portal, with a primary focus on customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to define and execute design strategies that drive business outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with stakeholders from different functional units to understand user requirements, business goals, and competitive landscape. Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to prioritize opportunities that optimize our website and web portal user experience. Translate user insights into exceptional visual and/or UI/UX designs that align with brand identity and appeal to our target market. Leverage Design Systems in your day-to-day work. Optimize experience consistency and development efficiency. Conduct usability create prototypes, and run experiments to get further insights through usability testing. Constantly stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of digital sales channels. Communicate effectively with the group and stakeholders to influence their thinking and decisions Roughly, the composition of your task will be as follows 60% Project shaping, hands-on UI/UX design and shipping projects. 30% Design BAU such as Webflow update and bug fixing 10% Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment. About you Proven experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver successful digital experiences. An application with no portfolio will be rejected. In-depth knowledge of industry trends related to digital sales channels, including user behavior, emerging platforms, and technologies. Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English (Read/ Write) Prior experience in B2B digital product and eCommerce will be a strong advantage. Proficient in Webflow and Figma in building responsive websites and landing pages. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams. Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS coding is highly preferred but not a must.
