We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction process by accurately estimating project costs. The Estimator will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver precise estimates that align with project specifications and timelines.

SKILLS

  • Carpentry Field Experience preferred
  • Ability to read a blueprint
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office and Cad Design (Mitek Sapphire)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost estimations.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
