Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Flex is looking for a part-time Designer (15–25 hours per week) to support our growing marketing and design needs. This person will primarily focus on marketing design across multiple channels, including the Flex website, digital ads, event collateral, social media posts, sales/pitch decks, and more. There will also be opportunities to collaborate with our Product team on UX/UI projects as needed. This role will work closely with the Marketing team to bring ideas to life and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and update Flex marketing assets: website pages, digital ads, social content, and event materials
  • Create and refine sales and pitch decks in Google Slides
  • Collaborate with Marketing to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
  • Help shape and improve the design toolkit for future Flex projects
  • Contribute to product design projects in Figma when needed
