As we expand our creative team, we’re seeking a passionate designer who can bridge traditional artistry with digital execution—driving all design facets across BlackSeed’s ambitious projects.

• 3D Sculpting & Modeling:
• Develop high-resolution 3D asset concepts (characters, UI elements, product mockups) for BlackSeed’s AR/VR and web3 platforms.
• Translate hand-drawn sketches into polished 3D models using Blender, ZBrush, Maya, or equivalent.
• Brand & Identity Support:
• Assist in creating cohesive branding elements—logos, color palettes, typography—aligned with BlackSeed’s mission of community empowerment and cultural heritage.
• Prepare brand guideline documents and visual assets for social media, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
• Website & UI/UX Assistance:
• Collaborate on wireframes, mockups, and responsive layouts (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) for CreativeWolf and BlackSeed web properties.
• Provide annotated design specs (SVG, PNG, redlines) for front-end developers to implement.
• Traditional-to-Digital Workflow:
• Begin concept work as pencil sketches or ink drawings; refine and digitize in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Maintain a digital library of hand-drawn icons, illustrations, and motifs for long-term use across projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Engage with project leads—AI engineers, blockchain developers, marketing strategists—to gather design requirements and understand technical constraints.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate on visual concepts rapidly.
