The Graphic Designer is a hands-on creative role responsible for developing and executing high-quality design across print, digital, and web channels. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Creative Strategies & Marketing, this role works closely with brand managers, marketing, and contractors to bring campaigns and collateral to life. From ads and brochures to digital content, this designer ensures consistency, creativity, and efficiency in every project while contributing to the overall growth of the company’s brands.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:
Technical Skills/Tools: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); video/web skills a plus (Premiere, After Effects, AEM, etc.
Nice-to-Haves: Photography, experience with collaborative design platforms such as Figma for web or software design, interest in exploring and adopting emerging creative tools (e.g., AI-driven design platforms, interactive media, motion graphics) to bring fresh approaches to projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility, although indirect management of external vendors such as printers is often required.
