Specific Responsibilities Would Include: DESIGN & CREATION (Illustrator format) Analyze global fashion trends and compile professional trend reports. Create development sketches and detailed specs for handbags. Handle some prints pattern, embroidery artworks, hardware, webbing ,hang-tags etc. and related graphics tasks. Support US and Asia-based designers day-to-day, delivering every assignment on time and in full. Handling any additional graphic work requested by other departments CAD / LINE GRID PRODUCTION (Illustrator format) Build accurate development specs and production spec sheets. Generate each seasonal styles line-grids, hardware charts, dangle charts, material charts, etc. Design the full visual layout of seasonal product catalogues Set up the Walmart production -testing CADs/line sheets. Execute follow-up tasks issued by merchandisers and US designers Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have: College diploma or higher; preferred 2-3 years’ experience in leather goods, fashion, or industrial design Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; able to work independently. Strong knowledge of network configurations, security protocols, and server management. Familiar with basic Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Experience with database management systems and cloud services. Strong creativity and aesthetic sense, with a keen eye for color, composition, and handbag-specific trends. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently. Fast and flexible; able to translate creative direction into finished art quickly. High sense of responsibility; consistently meets deadlines and delivers complete work. Able to articulate design and technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Fluent in both written and spoken English; comfortable reading design packs and technical documentation. Proactive in providing progress updates and promptly addressing issues. Collaborates effectively with colleagues and US designers on daily tasks. Excellent team player who enjoys sharing ideas and learning from others. Willingly accepts work assignments and supports the team in achieving collective goals. Behavioral Competencies: Decision Making. Communication. Collaboration.
